We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The service at the front desk was hit or miss. The hotel is comfortable and in an excellent location. Very close to everything. The hotel is 100% solar powered, as per the sign at the entrance. Nice bonus. There is an excellent outdoor space with a fireplace. The gentlemen bartender was excellent. Very helpful. Tips: 1) Luggage carts. There are too few luggage carts. If you get there at peak hours you may have to do without. At one point, I asked the front desk clerk if she could have someone try to locate one, and she said there where none available. 2) This is a pet friendly hotel. We took our dog with us and there is a $75.00 fee per stay. The odd thing was that there are no doggy bags. When I asked the front desk, she assured me that there were doggy bags at both side entrances. There were none. I went back to the desk and told her that one doggy bag holder was empty, and the other one was missing, there were two holes in the wall where it should have been. She found 3) The doggy bag holders look like mailboxes and are attached to the post outside the door. See the picture. 4) EV Charger- There is only one.

We received no maid service during our two-day stay in any of our three rooms. When I told this to the front desk, they said, "We don't touch the rooms for the first three days." I said that I was aware of the three day bed linen change policy. But not a three day tidying up policy. I asked to speak to the manager. The front desk said the manager wasn't on site but they could take me to his voicemail. So I left a voicemail. The manager never replied. I feel that I didn't get my money's worth. The housekeepers are probably not salaried, meaning they are likely paid by the hour or by the room. In other words, this Courtyard Hotel made extra money on me.

Booked this hotel for a weekend stay to visit some friends. Upon arrival Kisha checked us in & set the bar right then & there. She was super helpful, friendly, & personable. Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, & all different types of pillows to find the right one for that perfect sleep. Hotel location was perfect and easy to access all of the places we wanted visit. All the other members of the staff were super friendly as well. We will come back here for sure on our next visit.

Positive: Booking was easy; at check-in everything was already paid so we could just get our keys and go to our room. The staff was super nice. But the room? Super clean. Super nice. The pool was great. Everything about our stay was perfect! Will book again!
