This place is awesome, mostly because of Kai. He is THE BEST, we are new to owning animals and have had to conquer quite a few bathroom issues and illnesses in the first couple months. Every time we go in there we think we know how we’re gonna tackle the problem and then Kai introduces us to better methods and explains thoroughly what he’d do. He always offers a helping hand and has saved us a ton of money and and time because he’s so knowledgeable and makes sure to share what he knows in a helpful and encouraging way. All the staff there is great, they have plenty of options for everything you need, and Kai is our kitties lifesaver!

Awesome staff, this store always has some sort of sale going on. Now it might not always have the best price on something but 9/10 times it’s only off by a dollar or less and the staff more than make up for that difference!
