Horrible! Horrible! Service it's easy to get a car but when something goes wrong it all goes downhill from there..even under warranty..they can't fix what they sold me...so I'm stuck with a junk car..they love telling people NO!

At carmax, they arent certified to handle recalls, all of the sales reps are there to answer any all questions you and anyone has about any recall and can help you get to where you are able to get them fixed

Take the car back to the dealer and use a tablet or their computer to show them the error.

CarmAx still has an application process they have to run regardless
CarMax does not sell parts. They do have service centers that will do maintenance on vehicles. But no parts.
