It's a nice place, people are friendly. Management on the other hand feels almost useless. Everytime i had a problem with electricity or water they couldn't do a single thing to help. I've also been greeted at gunpoint by a resident over a parking spot and management did nothing about the aggressive resident. Real great management(im being sarcastic)

Will you let some park rv
Usually u buy your own mobile home and u rent a lot. Then u pay sewage ,water and get electric in your own name.
Lot rent is 550 it includes water, cable and internet. Don't know if any space available
Must be on lease, no aggressive breeds
