I had my first visit at Dr. Tucker’s office in December 2020. I recieved a bill in the mail a month later, This practice will bill your insurance for things you did not have done and bill for the same service multiple times using different billing codes. I attempted call many times and the phone goes unanswered. If you are able to finally get to talk to someone, I hope you don’t speak with Anthony. I have spoken to Anthony three times regarding this billing issue and have been met with attitude from the very beginning of the phone call. I was yelled at for wanting to understand what I was being billed for and was told Dr. Tucker himself would be calling me the very next day, a call I did not get still 5 months later. I really enjoyed the dental hygienist and I was impressed by the COVID precautions they have taken. Despite these few positive things I will not be returning to this practice because of the horrible customer service I recieved.

Have had alot of bad experiences with dentists in the past. This was the first time I can remember when a doctor seemed concerned about my comfort which definitely was relaxing. Also this place is way better than our last dentist with my children
