They accept picture or card. They also need an ID that matches the name. How much per person depends on what you order as it is not a buffet.
Yes there are options for 2 or 4 flavors of soup
The best time for a walk-in is in the morning at opening. There will be a line, but the wait will be considerably shorter than the average wait time. My wife and I went there about 20 minutes before they opened, and we waited a total of about 30-40 minutes after they opened. 30-40 minutes is a heck of alot shorter than 3 hours, which is how long I was told the wait was one weekend.
It is about $30-$50 USD per person here, in Flushing.
