OTF Waltham is awesome. The coaches are excellent - encouraging - instructive - inspiring. The members are diverse (all shapes, all ages, all colors) and friendly/welcoming. The facility is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The workouts are fantastic, the way they are designed, you get a full body workout and the heart rate monitor system ensures you always know where you are at as far as intensity level so you can create the exact workout you need for the day.

Orangetheory Waltham is the best! Their studio is very clean, neat, and organized. It is an amazing community to be apart of because of their awesome coaches and staff! They always have different workouts which are great for everyone!

I went from literally not working out for the last 3 years. I also was a former smoker (Quit Aug 2021) so my lungs aren't in the best shape because I smoked for 10 years……anyway, I went into my first class thinking I wouldn’t be able to make it into the first 20 min but with orange theory the managing of your heart rate and percentage output really helps you not over work yourself, but at the same time pushing yourself too. In my first week I did 4 classes and only got better after each one. This workout is amazing I have fun I drop my problems at the door and I look forward to continuing my journey at OT!

When you walk into OTF Waltham, something incredible happens. It is a feeling that is difficult to describe. This community, this family goes above and beyond to make you feel so incredibly special every single day. Everyone that I have encountered is friendly and accepting. From fellow members to the front desk staff to the coaches, everyone is caring. The best way to describe walking into OTF Waltham is that it is like you are coming home. I wasn't an original Waltham member, I used to work out at an OTF closer to my house, which was great, but something was missing. I found myself going to only select classes at my original home studio because I only liked a one or two coaches, which limited my workouts. When the lock down eased up, my home OTF remained closed, but Waltham was open. I went to a 5am class and let me tell you, I never went back to my original studio again. Every single coach is outgoing and motivating. Their love for coaching is abundantly clear. They have created not only a community, but a family. It's built on love, kindness, and acceptance, exactly the way community should be built. It makes the hard part of working out easier. It doesn't matter if you're the most coordinated athlete in the room or the "athlete" who can't walk and chew gum at the same time (Hello Ashley, Jules, & Devin, -- it is me!!), it's all OK. The coaches will help you grow, learn, and become the best version of yourself. The community will help keep you going, even when you might not want too. They'll attend your fund raisers both in and out of the gym. They'll check in when they haven't seen you in a bit, not because they're nosey, but because they care. It doesn't get much better than that<3. Much love for OTF Waltham Ps. Devin have fun running those miles on Saturday.
