I called three times to schedule an appointment to visit someone. No one would come back to the phone and confirm. I was at work and frustrated as a result. Finally, I just drove out there. Thankfully, I was allowed to go in for a visit. I respect their COVID-19 protocol nonetheless. Also, God speaks of a time when nursing homes will cease to exist. (Isa. 33:24) Please login to JW.ORG to find out more. It's non-political and family friendly.

My aunt is there and most of the nuerses are really good to her. We also had her daughter's wedding there in the little hall and it was great they made sure no one came in and bothered us! The staff was really nice thank very much whispering oaks!

Is there a no star rating? This place is horrible. The CNA don't clean patients. The manager is uneducated. The staff is more worried with the drama or gossip of each other lives to care about their jobs. Plus they try to keep people for long term with fear tactics. They stated to my family that if we signed my grandmother out against medical advice they would have to notify DCF. My grandmother broke down crying begging to go home because of the care and treatment there. They also have roaches and when we filed a complaint they claimed that sprayed, but didnt clean and there was another roach the very next day. The equipment does not work properly and there customer services and care for the paitent is piss poor. There were numbers of elderly just sitting in wheelchairs doing nothing, one women ask me for help. It is possible they try to intimidate paitents to state they give good care. My grandmother had bruises that never faded. I had to go there and make a scene to get her discharged after we had all agree on a Discharge date. They kept pushing for long term...never! Please if you love your family, for their sake dont send them there. Social services is rude and did not want to set up the home heath care needed and was rude and nasty. The only people willing to help without bs tactics or fake concern was Ms. Tammy and the RN Andrea or Angela, not sure what her name was. I only hope those ladies survive that place.

Terrible service and patient care. After just a couple of hours of my mother being transferred to this facility we were already filing complaints. Feeding tube beeping off the hook and no one passed by to check, it was unlatched and dripping all over the bed and my mother who was asleep with low sugar due to this incident, she's a diabetic. The strong smell of urine acid hits you in the nose as soon as you walk in. A/C does not work properly, we had to buy a fan. Some of the staff genuinely look like they would like to help more if they had the resources to do it. It seems to me like they're under staffed and under qualified. My heart breaks for those people who have to endure and live in this condition for a long period of time. Please don't bring your loved one to this place..

Shirley Burkley, I'm usually there almost everyday. I don't know where the Memory section is, but I will check it out and get back with you. My issue is some of my Son's clothes are missing. This has been going on for years!

No, unfortunately they do not allow them, but someone can bring your animal to visit with you outside as often as you would like.
