A family member of mines had just arrived there and in less than 72 he was removed due to negligence and sent to the ER at a nearby hospital. This facility is totally different in person than the photos posted. Majority of staff are rude and disrespectful. If they can be given 1/2 star then it will be well deserved.

The staff here is amazing, they genuinely care about each patient and their progress. They know the patient by name, which is a big deal. I love out of town and they have been awesome about keeping me up to date on my dads progress the weeks that I cannot be there in person. The facility is clean, well kept and everyone is super helpful.

Excel care center is amazing. Me and my family were very skeptical about our grandmother being away from us after she was diagnosed with dementia. We had to make a decision if we can take care of her properly or have professionals do the job. We sent her to Excel and we couldn't be more happier. The facility is clean and organized. The staff is helpful and delightful. We are pleased with their services. I've also used them for physical therapy after I was involved in a serious accident. My recovery was great and my experience was as well. Keep up the good work!!!
