This place needs to be shut down. The staff is horrible, do not leave your family members here. They leave patients sitting in feces. A patient fell on the floor he called for a nurse no one came for over an hour. Patients room's weren't cleaned for a whole week. This is totally unacceptable. Thos is not how you treat people. Places like this only want money. Also there are limited speaking staff, in the whole building.....SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Do not send your loved one here!!!! I would give 0 if I could. My sister or I visited everyday to keep an eye on our mother and ended up moving her to a different facility. The staff would not give my mother water throughout the day because they were too lazy to change her. In fact the day she moved my sister was there and her male CNA literally said no to giving her water because she was moving that day. We ended up bringing water bottles for our mother because they were filling the water they did bother to give from the sink. Then they put the water out of her reach. We found her almost everyday in there same clothes we left her in the night before. Sometimes they didn’t feed her breakfast or lunch or both because again too lazy to change her. My mom was there for rehab to walk again after a horrible injury and we found out they were using a Hoyer lift which impeded her ability to ambulate and by the way if in someone’s records may prevent an ALF from accepting them. Complaints made to the administrator and the senior nurse admin multiple times but nothing changed. It’s true English is a second language for the staff which isn’t an issue unless your parent has dementia and can’t understand what the staff is saying. All in all I found an untrained, lazy staff with management that didn’t give a damn. I won’t even get into all the missing clothes when we told the staff in English and Spanish through signage family will do laundry.

My dad was recently placed in this facility after having a stroke. The stroke left one side of his body paralyzed. The tech unplugged his phone in his room, so that he couldn't make any calls. He is paralyzed and needs assistance with the phone, they got aggravated and unplugged the phone. I often call with them answering and immediately hanging up on me. Usually after calling them 15 times, someone will answer. They take your number to have the nurse call you back, they never ever call you back. They are rude, often calling me lady instead of ma'am. Half the people that work there do not speak English very well.. the place is horrible and I would never send a loved one there ever again..The state with be contacted Monday morning, abuse of this nature is unacceptable.

I had my father there for rehab and she was a resident in the skilled unit at first it was very difficult because of the visitation and it was hard because some times when I called sometimes I wait a while to speak to someone. However they took very good care of my father. When they explained the visitation and I spoke to a nurse they were very responsive and let me know and answered any questions that I had. My father had to go to the hospital because he has a change in his condition which was expected. The nursing staff communicated with me everything that was going on my father went to the ER came back and the facility took great care of him.

Do not send anyone you love to this facility!
After you go thru training to learn how to put on protective clothing and wash your hands, then you have to make another appt. to see the patient.
they give patients water from the sink. Do not send your loved one here!!!!
I honestly would look into a diffrent facility. They do not care for their patients.
