The outside & inside of building looked wonderful! Very friendly check in, quick & efficient! Out also was easy @ quick. Two in a small room, seems a bit tight, when people visit. Halls & rooms smelled very fresh. My Aunt looks well, just slowly declining, she even smiled.

My mom has only been in this facility for just over a week so we will have to see how things go. As of now I am quite happy with this facility. The staff (even though seemingly under staffed and probably overworked) are very nice and helpful at every turn! What a hard job they have! The facility is clean and seems well organized. It is hard to find people who care about their jobs or other people but here they seem to truly care. So far we are very comfortable with Opis Fairway!

Yes there are 8 hour shift fir nights and 12 hour shift for weekend nights
Yes We offer inpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy in all our facilities.
4 beds per room. They have had record numbers of COVID cases. Only PPE is garbage bags and used masks. Sure you can visit must sign waiver and wear a used mask we provide.
$9.65 per hour They cancelled the retirement match and bonuses for being on time, cancelled all Christmas and other parties. Insurance is $1700 per month so you will need to work overtime to leave with a check.
