My son got his oil changed at a different Express Oil location and it was leaking. I called the Dale Mabry location as it was closest to my son's apartment and Brady said bring it by. Juan and Ricky evaluated the problem and found that the plug was not put on correctly so they fixed a problem that they did not create! What SERVICE! Their only concern was getting the problem solved and me and my son back on the road safely. They could have sent me back tot he original store which is about 30 min away. They were extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and trustworthy. They told me if there were any other issues to come on back. I am so thankful to Brady, Juan and Ricky..they have earned our business!!
