The shop fixed my husband's car with a rig job. When approached respectfully, Tim started yelling and cursing. I don't know if he didn't like being corrected by a woman or defensive regarding the work. I would stay away from this place, not accountable and rude. I fixed it. This a a $4 piece vs the correct dependable piece is $70. Tim I said I would have paid, I just want good work. No reason to curse.

I needed brakes on my Hyundai, Ty is very professional, was a big help. I'm not from Tampa so finding a good, honest mechanic is tough. I believe I was treated well and recommend Quality Value Auto.

First off do not come here,you will. Be given the run around. I had two men there tell me to come at a certain time I call ahead they tell me they are one guy short . Call next day given run around. Bad business horrible customer service if you come here you will be lied to

I never put any complaint about any business before , so the fact I took the time to put one it means it was that awe full. I take my car there all the time for oil changes and tires, I went today because my tire was flat and needed repair, the main at the front desk( the one always there wears glasses )refused to take me in because they are booked when I asked for another appointment he said stop being difficult and fought a horrible attitude. I told him that’s not a way to treat a loyal guest he said oh well what are you going to do. TERRIBLE customer service, I would not hire him even for free, I would never go back again!!!!!

Lucky you, not everybody had the same luck as you, I was there before and the previous guy was professional and we end up doing business but the owner seems to care less for customers has he stated to me. Good luck with his business, he needs some customer service training, too much ego for my taste
