I live in the Park Lane apartments and it is HORRIBLE. The office management is narcissistic and belligerent. I literally had to pee in the trash today because office management didn't inform me when maintenance was going to come and do 3+ hours of "work" in the bathroom. Yes, you read correct! I stayed in my room and had to pee in the trash! because office management couldn't call PRIOR to maintenance coming. Not only is the work long overdue because they are "short staffed" even though they keep accepting new tenants. Any work that requires such a long time should warrant a call PRIOR to coming! I do not blame maintenance at all, it s not their fault. Maintenance has been very professional and empathetic. It is the unprofessional office staff. If I would of knew a week before or even a day before, could of planned accordingly. The thing is, someone went over there a week ago and asked when the work was going t be done. The office staff gave them the run around. Come to find out, we were supposed to be notified A WEEK AGO that maintenance was coming! the office staff failed to inform us! They are carless and despicable. Do not even think about living here.

Do you like spiders in every room? How about the occasional mouse? Or constant noise coming from 2 floors above you? Terrible parking that’s not managed at all? Staff that’s never in the office or never answers the phone? Tiny apartments for a ridiculous price (that’s only increasing by the year)? Closet doors that don’t open? Tiny kitchens? Pools that aren’t regulated by the health department and are never open? A gym that is also never open? 2 washers and 2 dryers for 12 apartments that barely work? One water heater for a whole building? Then this is the place for you! They have wonderful air conditioners if that’s any consolation.

***ZERO STARS*** DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT. These apartments (both Park Hill and Park Lane) are not good. The Appliances are very old. The AC/Heater installed in all apartments are outdated and too noisy. You will come to know about it when the utility bill comes. Lots of Ants and Roaches. There are only common area Washers / Dryers and they will get repaired very frequently.Even when fully functional it will not dry the clothes in a single round. Kitchen Sink clogs every 2 month. The Carpets are too old in many of the apartments and the management always comes up with a reason for not changing it. RENT IS EXORBITANT for the quality of the apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, there are better options out there. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I've lived in park hill since March 2013. I purchased a home in November and the people at the office have been significantly less than helpful. Went in back in October, they "forgot" to list it. Incompetent at its finest. The office accidentally entered my apartment without my permission ".. Legitimately shown my apartment twice. Maintenance is typically great! I've had several problems over the years.. Upstairs neighbor caused my kitchen to flood, replaced the carpet pad with a thinner one, and seams don't even line up and this was years ago. They were supposed to paint my apartment when I hit year 5, that also never got done. You'd think they'd be more accommodating after paying 75k over the last 6 years of living here. Just going to finish my lease, and recommend NO one do business here. That being said.. the rooms are large and location is great.
