You won't reach this office over the phone. Gotta go in person to get stuff done. All the reps at the office are pleasant and helpful! Yes it's tedious to have to go in person but guess what? Most important government agencies are like that. They don't take a long time. Longest I've ever been there was probably a half hour total!

This office is so helpful and the workers are so kind, what everyone doesn’t realize is the number the state post for this office is the hotline in Tallahassee. The Brooksville Office doesn’t have a public number, it’s strictly to go in person and I promise if you do you’ll be glad you did. And also don’t blame the loca office and give them bad reviews for sending out notices, they are there to help and they will! You just have to show up in person. Thank you.

I always go to the building because I prefer face to face interactions. Every time I go all of my questions are answered and actions are always taken. If it wasn't for them I would never receive child support thank you.

So child support threatens people every month through the mail, but when you try to contact them you can’t!! I can’t call it says too many calls try again later! Get out of here! I go to the website same exact thing the chat says it’s too busy! How can you hold the right to suspend people’s driving licenses but you can’t even answer a phone!

Thank you for your question. If the Child Support Program initiated the driver license suspension action, we can work with you to stop the suspension or, to reinstate the license once it has been suspended. If you cannot pay the full amount owed at this time to reinstate your license or prevent it from being suspended, contact us to request a payment agreement. If you recently received a notice that your license will be suspended, you can click the "call back" alert in your eServices dashboard to request we call you to discuss a payment agreement. We are available to assist parents. Options to contact us include email, phone, chat, and mail. To learn more about driver license suspensions, visit the Child Support website and select “Parent Services”, then “Complying with Support Orders”. Select “Suspension Actions” to learn more about Driver License Reinstatement and select “Payment Agreement” to learn more about payment agreements.

You have to start with the county child support was file in.. Or You can Google Florida child support. I think I saw a link on one of the sites that said find your children support case. You should have also received a letter from child support telling you the case number and depository number and how much you are due to pay monthly.

I need to get a letter from child support verifying the dollar amount I get each month. How do get that? Please advise?!? Thank you for your time.

If you live in Florida request a payment audit from the clerk of court in Tallahassee. It will cost under $12 or go to the county court house the original court order is in and the clerk there should be able to print it for you . Child support always start with a court order
