My husband and I just showed up early Saturday morning to look at vehicles. I had already had 2 really bad buying experiences at different dealerships and I was leary. James met up with us and talked to me and answered my questions and not to my husband. That's a good thing because I was the one buying the car not my husband. He did include him in on the casual conversation but the car information was to me. He made sure I understood and was patient with all my questions. I never once felt pressured or obligated to buy any thing. Never once did I feel like I was being lied to. Never once did I feel like I was making a mistake. James was even nice enough to take my husband and I on a tour while we waited for the paper work to finish. He introduced us to everyone we came in contact with. Everyone was extremely kind and thanked us for our business. Today is Tuesday. For 3 days now I have praised this car buying experience as Thee best I have ever had. I suggested to everyone to go and check you guys out and ask for James. Everyone there should be proud. It's not every day that you find a group of people who work so well together that you make the customer feel so welcomed. Thank you, James and everyone else I met Saturday.

We have been to many many dealerships in search of the right vehicle and what we found along the way is that some places do not care about providing outstanding customer service. The experience here was bar-none. Denise was our sales person and she had the knowledge we expected and the kindness and patience we did not expect. She was attentive to what we were looking for and helped us find the best truck at the best price. When she turned us over to the finance, Sean made magic happen. We are completely satisfied with our experience and our expectations (which are high…) we’re exceeded!! We are so excited!!

Wonderful experience. I went in to look at a truck and ended up leaving with it the same day. Tony who was my salesman was a pleasure to speak to. All the other staff was very friendly as well. I had some credit issues so I was worried about getting a truck but they were able to make it work. I highly recommend going to them!

We had an appointment but this dealership chose to help walk-in customers and work us in. We arrived at 12:15 and when we left at 3:00, we were the last customers in the place! The seat warmers don't work. We were told it's because "they're waiting for the chip to come in". This information was not adequately shared before the purchase. My dad was in the hospital with congestive heart failure and they pestered my mom to come in and sign a paper to assure she was serious in buying the car. Mind you, both my parents, before my dad was hospitalized, had already gone to the dealership to trade their current car, but the dealership had ordered the wrong car. My parents have the GM rewards credit and because the dealership didn't have the correct paperwork, they wouldn't let us leave, so basically kidnapping, the dealership until either they got verification from GM or my mom wrote them a check in the amount of the rewards. Had they told us we needed that information to complete the deal and LEAVE, we would have had the necessary paperwork in hand. Oh and they charge a dealer fee AND a fee to have another company process the paperwork. So you're paying in two different places for them to "do paperwork". NOT a happy customer. 🤬

My 2017 Canyon Denali won't read a ScanDisc brand flash drive, but will read others. Some readers are finicky. It may have to do with how the drive is formatted before use. I use Duracel drives and they work fine. Although I agree it shouldn't matter, I just stick with what works.
