Why can't I play music from a flash drive in my 2018 Gmc Terrain? I can play the same flash drive in my friends 2018 Kia. What is wrong/ Bob Schmedes .

My 2017 Canyon Denali won't read a ScanDisc brand flash drive, but will read others. Some readers are finicky. It may have to do with how the drive is formatted before use. I use Duracel drives and they work fine. Although I agree it shouldn't matter, I just stick with what works.

I think the computer only has blue tooth capabilities.
