Highly Dissatisfied! $390.00 for a battery ummm really??? I won’t be back the sales manager was very nice and gave a SMALL discount which was better than nothing and the only reason I’m given 2 stars rather than 1, other than that no thank you even the cashier (Brittany) we checked out with acted bothered we were even there as if we were wasting her time full of bad attitude and energy something as simple as just asking can we do two payment methods (cash and card) her answer fell shy of an eye roll and made us feel as an inconvenience to her day I’m sorry Diva you had to press more than one button on this transaction her attitude alone would keep me away even if we spent $50 on a battery to say I’m highly dissatisfied is an understatement Do Not waste your time with this Service Center!

In their defense... when you have a lot full of identical cars it might be easier and faster for them to do this in order to expedite for the customer. For a customer's car this shouldn't happen for a service... BUT I am sure that the customer appreciates them locking their car up until they come and retrieve it, this will make the alarm "chirp". I worked nights for many many years, you just have to learn to deal with it as the rest of the world continues a normal business day around your sleeping schedule...
They have the same base engines but there may be some slight differences based upon model packages etc.

Sorry, I can't help with that we leased my wife's Wrangler from Ferman in Lutz. We live in Clearwater and have been very pleased with Dayton - Andrews. Dale is our service advisor and he is terrific!
