What can I day about Clearwater toyota. To make it easy "they are the best". My experience started with Gage Alexander. I was in the need of a car due to the hail storm that happened in early April in the Sebring area. I was researching vechiles online and came across Clearwater Toyota. Gage immediately contacted me and we were able to narrow down payments, coverage and the specifics I was looking for in a car. He stayed in contact with me for 2 weeks, answered all my questions and provided the best service without any pressure of the average salesman trying to make the deal. He was compassionate and considerate with everything. He made it so simple and easy to get my paperwork started. I live 2 1/2 hour distance from the dealership. So he made sure I had everything ready that I needed for my visit. I couldn't have been happier with the service I recieved. I also want to thank Wayne Sebring who helped get my fiance paperwork and warranty situated. Wayne was patient and understanding about staying within my budget. They are a great team. Thanks guys I will definitely be back you guys were worth the long trip there. But I'm a extremely satisfied customer. Keep up the great work. 👍👍

Dealership was really great compared to others in Florida. Zulu Ahmed was my sales rep there. He is so polite, professional and more over friendly. I got his reference from my friend who got multiple cars with the help of Zulu. I never saw such kind of sales person. He is so cool and never pressure to accept. He explains each and everything patiently like a Car Technician and showed me all the options. I am new to Cars and don’t know even abc. But He didn’t take that as advantage and over weigh my quote. He really balanced his job and customer 😊. He was always available to address questions by email and/or text. I couldn't have had a better experience. Moreover He treatment my kids as his family and offered them snacks with his own expenses. I was really impressed on first day itself 😊. And even on the day of delivery He spent half of the day with me by helping finance process, showing car features, taking care of Car detailing etc. Thank you very much Zulu for all your help and support. Chris Eldridge was my super star sales rep. He went above and beyond with customer service and never once made me feel like I was just a number or an inconvenience when I reached out with a million questions. I was very back and forth on which trim level I wanted and that went on for about 6 months. Chris was patient with me from beginning to end and did not pressure me to make a decision which I greatly appreciate. He gave me the best rate for a new RAV4 XLE Premium, and I did a ton of research on the entire west coast of Florida. All of the interactions I had at the other Toyota dealers were embarrassing & in no way comparable to the service Chris provided. Chris at Clearwater Toyota wanted my business and actually cared enough to follow up with me consistently. Ultimately Chris’ customer service is what swayed my decision to go with Clearwater Toyota. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I drove all the way from Pasco County to do business here. After I first went into the dealership to meet with Chris & check out a RAV4, I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was when it came to all of the different trim levels. I originally wanted the RAV4 XSE more than anything but it was a little bit out of my price range. Chris still got me into a beautiful RAV4 with all of the main features I wanted within the price I was looking to pay. I can say he is very reliable and keeps his word from the time of making our deal to the time the car made it to the lot. I was never hit out of left field with any disappointing news/surprises even months later. Chris was very honest and up front with me the entire time. No scams or gimmicks. That is how all car deals should be. I highly recommend Chris Eldridge for anyone looking for a new vehicle. To the owner of this dealership/Toyota: keep Chris safe at all costs. He is a rare find. Every car buying experience should be exactly like mine was & the industry needs more sales people like him. I love my new RAV4 and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. 👍🏻
