This is the quality of the pool this past couple of weeks. The pool management co aparently can’t be bothered to shock and vacuum the pool and of course the leasing office is useless to complaints and can’t be bothered to tell them to clean it or replace them all together so here we are. Yes the water is actually that green with algae smh the water is very oily feeling aswell you can see it floating ontop the water and the pool guards think that if they keep adding chlorine to it it will go away lol🙃

We have been here for 5 years. This community is a gem. It’s conveniently located in Glen Burnie. The neighborhood is safe and well kept. This community is filled with love, plenty of families and friends. The units are spacious with plenty of room to grow. The office staff and maintenance staff are responsive and helpful. Our time here has been met with kindness and compassion. This community has exceeded my expectations.

I am writing this review to give others the warning I wish I had before I moved in. Management does not care about this property or its residents at all. This mess you see in the pictures is a daily occurrence and it’s left by my doorstep by the property management workers. The units are also infested with mice. Management will screen your calls and outright lie to you when you do get them on the phone, which is rare because not only do they screen your calls, but they aren’t always in the office in the stated office hours. I could go on, but the gist is this is not a place where you want to live.

Horrible place to rent. They will try and charge your debit card three times then try and charge you an 80 dollar late fee. Even when you have bank transactions showing their system messed up, they still try to make you sign a waiver. On top of that they don't accept all forms of debit card for rent track, making it harder to pay rent. A side note they cover up damage in the townhomes. For example there is a bunch of spots in my flooring where the subflooring sinks in from water damage from previous tenants. They also don't clean their sinks, as pictured below I pulled this from one of the sinks in the house.
