From my experience Glen Ridge properties are terrible. The apartments are poorly renovated the walls doesn't even reach the floors big holes and gaps all through the apartment roaches and mice.The rental office clearly doesn't care about your complaints or repairs. They will tell you anything weeks after weeks saying that they will fix it. I would not recommend anyone to move into these apartments. Unless your in a desperate circumstance

This is my second time I have had an issue with their billing system and yet they take no responsibility for any mistakes they make. The gentleman in the office should not work in customer service as he is never able to address concerns properly. The women in the office listen but do not take any responsibility for system errors on their end. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and stay away from Morgan Properties. I will be contacting their corporate office & the BBB but have zero confidence in this leasing company. I can not wait for our lease to end. It has been a nightmare with this leasing company. I'm glad they think it's a great solution for their tenants to have to pay $100 fee after providing plenty of proof that it was their system. Protect yourself from these people and this company. I will never touch foot in a Morgan property.

Well the price for the apartment complex is not great for what you get. Plus mice is your new roommate and roaches are your friends to. It's kinda of sad in a way. Like they move you and don't tell you wants really going on

Good question well the renters before me never turned in their keys to the mailbox and the rental office I'm assuming never took care of getting the keys from the post office , I was told by them quote on quote sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to go to the post office and get a new set of keys for your mailbox you will have to pay them $40 you can bring us the receipt and we will give you a credit on your first month's rent absolutely ridiculous 1 what if I didn't have the $40 to come up with which I didn't 2 it took time away from my personal schedule to go to the Post Office stand in line I don't know if you've ever been to the Glen Burnie post office but it is absolutely ridiculously busy all the time 3 I didn't receive the credit on my first month's rent I had to call them when it was then credited
