The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and updated. I have stayed here numerous times and every time it has been amazing. I love the free continental breakfast that they provide. It is a amazing pet friendly place to stay. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit.

Do not stay here. Room was basic and a cheap overnight between flights. But that’s not the problem. Their customer service is appalling. We waited over 30 minutes for airport shuttle. Inconvenience, but no big deal. Decided to go downtown. Shuttle took us to the train station. Upon returning we waited over an hour for shuttle. Called 5 times each time saying they were almost there. Front desk hung up on me on the 4th call. Finally, another hotel shuttle had come by enough times that they asked us where we were staying and they took us to the hotel instead. When we arrived back, the guy at the desk admitted they forgot. Instead of making it right, they offered us a candy bar?! The next morning, the breakfast attendant yelled at 2 young girls for taking food in the elevator. On top of this, the door to our room malfunctioned and had to have a new key made Everytime we entered. Spoke with the GM who disregarded concerns, said he would “make it right” but never did, and claims they never have issues like this. In 12 hours we personally experienced 3 of them. There are serious leadership issues starting at the top. Spend the extra $30 and go to a better run hotel.

From Michigan, me and two friends, visited mutual friends in 2018. We stayed for about 4 nights. First night, key card wouldn't open room. Maintenance man, even came up and tried, no avail. So, they upgraded us to a bigger room. The bed was the comfiest I had slept in thus far. Staff was great. Knew the maintenance man,and the clerks all by their first names by the time we left. The manager was great too. And they had a nice room set aside for their employees to sleep in if needed. Very clean and even the other hotel guests were friendly too. It was super easy for our friend from Potomac to come and pick us up too. Will consider this place again.

Clean location, pet friendly and helpful staff. Bed was lovely, very comfortable. They do offer a nice breakfast but unfortunately no plant based/vegan options for my partner. Only real issue was there is one elevator and it is unbearably slow. I do appreciate that we were able to take the stairs even though we were on the highest floor, it was the quicker and safer option over waiting in the lobby and piling into a crowded space. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and will return when we're in the area.
