As another reviewer wrote. We were transferred to THREE rooms, the first two didn’t have working air. The first room had a non working phone with NO buttons!! We were greeted with a flustered unfriendly staff member. There are stains on the floors and walls, rips in the walls and the hallways are not air conditioned. Also after our third trip down to the front desk the elevator bottoms wouldn’t work and a loud beep was ringing the entire ride to our floor! We were ready to check out but were told we couldn’t get the money back because we booked through Priceline. Never again. This was a horrible experience.

Overall a good place to stay. When I checked in a deposit of forty dollars was taken and during check out was informed that it will be credited back to the account I used which never happened

Front desk staff told us it was cheaper to go online and book however the online booking was very glitchy and we ended up having to have the front desk staff check us in. The three people in the back were feet up chatting and didn’t seem too concerned with helping us out. Also had a smashed screen outside our window that looked like it had been there for a while. Room was comfy overall.

Positive: This location was close to the airport and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. They offer free breakfast (but I overslept and missed it. ) My room was spacious, but the bathroom was somewhat small. The bed and couch were comfy. Negative: There was construction so I heard some noises. I understand it¿s necessary so it wasn¿t a huge bother. I wish breakfast hours were longer, but it¿s ok. I should¿ve started my day earlier.

Unfortunately I was not able to experience the pool or hot tub but was open when I stayed in January also
It's not to for they have a shuttle that takes you over and picks you up from the airport when you get back.
Sorry to hear what happened to you. However we didn't experience bed bugs in our room.
