Very nice well kept hotel. Only complaint is same as other reviews about lack of door sweep on shower door. Had a lake on the floor after showering due to this seal not being in place.

The room was ok- a little musty and a used water bottle was on the counter so I’m not sure about the cleanliness. The front desk was rude. We reserved a 5 am shuttle to the airport and at 5 was told they were running late. No apologies and she was annoyed like it’s no big deal. Obviously if you wake up with kids and are heading to the airport at 5 am, you don’t want to sit around waiting for a late shuttle. There are a lot of hotels in the vicinity so I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Nice clean room. Awesome front desk crew. Issue was the pool is closed and gym old equipment and dirty.

I like this hotel because it is consistent and predictable and the staff is very friendly. That said, today (19 Feb ‘22) they let me down in a big way. I was sked and confirmed for a 0530 shuttle. When I came down at 0520, the front desk told me the shuttle was running behind. I had 20 min to spare…no worries. At 0550, I was in trouble with no van in site and the desk manager unwilling to call the kid driver because the driver resents calls. A guest with a personal vehicle offered me a ride and all ended well. Two problems with the hotels response: why have a difficult employee still employed and why not facilitate and cover my expense for an alternate means of transportation? First time this has happened, but the impact of this one time was big to my sked.
