Maria the manager at this location was very unprofessional and rude. Check in was horrible. Trash on floors. Large dogs running without leashes. She also informed me that she was in charge and it’s nothing I could do about the horrible customer service. No matter how bad of a area they place you! YOU WILL NOT receive a different room! The place is cheap and you get what you pay for! I was in the check in area for about 30 minutes. One customers room key did not work and she has to walk several flights of stairs( oh no elevators here) the next customer said before me “ this is the longest check ever!!!!” Please don’t waste your time or money here. Maria is the entire reason her staff just doesn’t care.

I felt scammed by Extended stay when they said that they cant help in modifying the Advanced Purchase reservation through their site. Instead of June 21, the calendar somehow picked up July 21 or i by mistake picked the July 21 not sure. Today June 17th i noticed there was a mistake and called them, customer services connected me to Guest relation department which is of no use they said they cant do anything even they cant issue stay credit or voucher for future stay Never going to stay in Extended Stay..

Run down, not very clean, mattress worn out. No sign of bedbugs and the desk clerk was wonderful. Acceptable as a last resort hotel.

It's dirty, is putting it lightly. The smell left me choking. My old towels look better. No trash bin in room. Go down the stairway that smells of urine, to get rid of any trash 🗑 My neck is still sore from mattress n what they call pillows!
