I and my wife booked here 2 nights for the conference. And after we lived 1 night. They asked us to move out and said we only reserve 1 night (knock on the door and call). I was outside at the conference and my wife didn't have the registration. My wife asked them for waiting for me back to show the registration and they didn't allow it, they asked my wife need to move out immediately because every room was "FULLY BOOKED". My wife was very nervous. And then I sent the registration to my wife (I was still at the conference at that time), and they found that it was their mistake but without any apologies, and they didn't have any record of my registration!!! That was a VERY, VERY BAD experience!!!! Be careful.

Wonderful hotel. Very quiet for as packed as the hotel was. You couldn't hear anything once inside your room. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a hotel in this price range. Also it was very clean and everyone that works there seems to really take pride in the way this HI Express is run. Morley at the front desk was also so nice and just made you feel really good and happy.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and it was an overall excellent value. The location is only a short ride from the airport and close enough to the Baltimore Cruise Terminal that you can ride share it without breaking the bank. There are also some nice local locations within a reasonable distance.

Nothing to complain about here. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, nice shower with great water pressure, good breakfast offerings compared to other hotels in this class, decent coffee and ample parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Do your shuttle go to the umbc event center
Yes and yes, this is a nice hotel and very accommodating.
The shuttle is 24hr so it doesn't matter what your sechdule is you will be accomadated. The shuttle leaves 20 and 50 past every hour going to the airport. It also takes you to any restaurant within three miles of the hotel.
Shuttle runs every half hour or so. And even when we missed ours, the driver was ready to take us as soon as he got back from his previous run! Got us there just in time even though we over-slept!

No more Wingate at this address. The only wyndham property at BWI area is Microtel and yes you can leave your car for 14 days with a package called" park.sleep.fly"
