The "owner" was rude and disrespectful. I get my car washed here 4-5 days per week. I left the car wash and returned the following morning to vacuum my car because I didn't have time to wait for an open vacuum the day prior when I paid for a wash. The morning I returned to vacuum my car, the "owner" approached me and stood over me yelling about a receipt. I explained to him that I had my car washed there the evening prior. He yelled at me again saying that he didn't care about that and I should've vacuumed my car at the time of the wash. I may have respected his point had he not spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner. I showed him ALL of my receipts and left. The saddest part about it is that I don't always use the vacuum when I get my car washed because I go so often. Shame on him for being such an unprofessional "business owner." He definitely lost a customer.

Car looks great coming out of the wash, but where are the free towels and cleaning spray? Oh after a $17 wash I’m supposed to purchase a towel? So I left with a clean vacuumed car with dust all over the interior. Gotta get with the times and offer the towels like most car washes of the style. Charge me $1 more, whatever. You are missing a key part of the process.

Still love this car wash. I do find that I have to go through twice sometimes to get the car completely clean. But they are generous about that. Free vacuums work very well and have lots of strong suction because the place is still pretty new. Never usually much wait. It’s a bit tight getting into the building for larger vehicles to make the turn after the pay station.

After moving to the area I joined the monthly membership here. It was great until both my windshield wipers got ripped off during a wash. The employee at the time was soooo rude and had the nerve to ask why I turned it on during the wash 🤬 and that is my problem now. I reached out to the manager about the situation if they can at least reimburse me the cost for the wipers. They kept giving me the turn around to come back. After more than 3 attempts I gave up, not even a call from them. Note: $20 cash wash service cost me over $60 for a wash 😤 Customer service - 1/10
