Don't rent here unless you want a legal headache. Though many people complained of a pest problem, my apartment was decent. Management practices are shady. Learn from my experience if you rent here: Don't delete your inspection pictures, ever!! Get everything in writing or send via certified mail. Record a video of your move out inspection! Better yet, don't rent at places without a security deposit. Apartments with a "refurbishment" fee and no security deposit open you up to all kinds of trouble. Security deposits are regulated by the state and tenants must be made aware of deductions within 30 days of vacating. Without this, they can just bill you for anything within the statute of limitations, and some people will just give up and pay to make it go away. Don't rent here!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Sketchy all around. They don’t collect a security deposit, instead they take a nonrefundable $850 refurbishing fee. Also, you can never pay your rent in cash or even personal check. Only with a money order or set it up to directly withdraw from your account every month. I was never shown the apartment I’d be moving into, only the leasing office which is a floor model of the one bedroom. However, I was charged $200 to hold the apartment until I sign the lease but got pushy daily texts from Janice asking me to pay for the apartment BEFORE I sign the lease or see the actual apartment I’d be moving into. When I mentioned to her that I would like to see the apartment after all the renovations she promised to do to it before I pay, she got mad and rented the apartment to someone else claiming that I wasn’t “committed to renting the apartment.” So sketchy. And refused to give me my money back. Then texted me very nasty text messages two days later telling me that she’ll “let me know if she has an apartment sitting and needing to be rented at the final hour.” Janice is very nasty and sketchy and pushy. All I wanted to do was see the apartment I’d be moving into before I paid for it. Also, overpriced for what it is. $30 more a month because the apartment had 2 more closets than the other one. Stay away from these crooks!!!!

Stay away, do not rent from these people. The management are a bunch of scammers. They are going to show you the manager’s office, which is a very nicely rennovated apartment, they are going to tell you that the apartment that you are renting is even nicer, bigger and with newly rennovated kitchen and appliances. Whatever you do, do not submit the application and deposit before seeing the actual apartment. They will try to get you to sign the lease and submit the non refundable refurbishing fee, before seeing it. The management staffp are very rude and dishonest.

This place is so difficult to deal with and honestly don’t think they know what they are doing. 2 people can’t rent apartment together and be on the lease if your not “ married “
