I understand pandemic staffing issues at this pharmacy are resolved. This pharmacy has provided speedy above-and-beyond service in situation where my doctor’s office staff had unfortunately created chaos. Prior reviews are outdated. Give this pharmacy another chance.

All of the employees are clearly working hard, but I’ve switched to mail order & Wegmans because this location is wildly understaffed. On a number of occasions, I’ve been on hold for 45+ minutes (yes, I’m tenacious) & have encountered a closed drive thru pharmacy as a result of the staff being overwhelmed. Come on upper management- get it together. Would you rather have a bunch of mediocre CVS pharmacies with a ton of customers unable to acquire the meds they need or fewer pharmacies but with satisfied customers, content with the dependability of their med providers?

This place is horrible. Avoid at all costs. They cannot keep the pharmacy staffed and there are always problems with filling scripts here if the pharmacy is actually open. Maybe the extremely low paying Pharmacy Tech position is why they cant staff the place.
