I will give a review and reasons for one star, but before that let me just say DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE. It's hard to succinctly state what a terrible practice Lakeview Circle is. Let's start with the first redflag - cancelling my telehealth visit to force me to come in person where they charged me upfront before my visit to even see the doctor and then the doctor asked me two simple questions. $75 and the time to take off of work for two questions that could have been asked over the phone. After that visit I was told in order to get a prescription for something I had been diagnosed with twice already in my life - and treated for - I would have to see a specialist. That specialist would provide a diagnosis that could then be used to fill the prescription. After I did that, I waited a few days to hear the diagnosis and ... nothing. So I called, and I called and I called every day for a week. Finally I visited the specialist again and had them hand deliver the diagnosis to me so that I could personally deliver it to the office. After doing that, I received no confirmation that it was received. So I called again, and for this call I was told I was harassing the office by calling to confirm that they had received what had been sent to them by the specialist a week before. Well, my calls must have worked because then I received another call - this time asking me to schedule an ekg and urinalysis for routine medication that a specialist had diagnosed me with having a condition that warranted it and recommended I be put on. No other doctor I have ever visited has required this, my wife was prescribed the exact same medication over the phone at the same time I started this whole process. This office only cares about money, they do not care about their patients, which is proven through them having absolutely zero professionalism or work ethic. Do not visit this practice.

Dr. Kanagala is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. I am 43 and a little older in life now, and need to keep up with things regarding my health. Dr. Kanagala helps me do that by taking such great care of me. She has even gotten on the phone before to call me to go over things. She is the only doctor I know who does this. She is the best doctor ever, and if you want the best care possible you should see Dr. Kanagala. You can thank me after you start seeing her as you will know you are receiving the best care possible. She is a Godsend and amazing. Thank you Dr. Kanagala for taking such good care of me. You and your staff are the best. I wish I could give you all 10 stars because 5 is just not enough due to how great you are. Dr. Kanagala is the best doctor I have ever er seen. She responds to every message you ever send, and will personally call you at times to go over stuff.
