I moved here from Phoenix AZ. November 2020. It was nice until the summer came. People that done live there. Ok across the street. Would come over and trash the place but they had more rights than myself. It really got ghetto just in the 1 1/2 years I lived there. They also have cockroachs. Door don't work. Workout door is broken. For the price you pay it's not worth it. Stay away. Just a heads up.

Overall, the community is nice. The apartments are well established and the neighborhood is quiet. I personally feel safe in the area, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new residential space. The location is convenient to many shops and restaurants so that is also a plus. There are a few things that could be improved.. the cleanliness of the stairwells could be improved and some additional lighting could be added to the premises for safety reasons.

*****Five stars because it the best in Community, Staff and the Property***** One of the best locations in the Mckinney area. Staff is accommodating, especially Martina! She helped me from inception with applying and closing cost to lastly getting the keys to move-in. Everything was streamlined and efficient and I am super happy and excited about living here.

Awful apartments, walls are paper-thin, maintenence crew does not take care of the property. The dog waste disposal cans and dumpsters were always over flowing. There was a lingering smell of Marijuana around the property. This place is labeled as luxury living and they charge a premium for these apartments but beware. Don't waste your time.
