What are your hours? When does your company accept phone calls? Why am I being charged invoice fees? Why have no new contracts been mailed? Am I even allowed in the storage shed?

I been trying to make a credit card payment. No one is answering any of the 3 phone numbers listed. I have received no notices or contracts by mail. I was charged a invoice fee? What is going on?
