Ignorant, and extremely rude to customers. The Exton McDonald’s is 10x better than this one could ever be. One specific employee, tall with blonde tips took our order and never let us finish our order before saying proceed, then walked away from the payment window. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter this specific employee, take your money to another McDonald’s. This one sucks, and majority of the employees don’t seem to give a care and shouldn’t have a job.

They gave me a wrong order while in drive thru, when I went back and asked for replacement via drive thru, the person took the order again and charged me, when it’s clearly replacement burger. The guy who is serving seems like a student using the F word while talking to their fellow employees, seemed very disrespectful when I told him this should be a replacement. Although they didn’t charged me or took the replacement burger back. But their actions were rude.

Ordering was slow and had to repeat myself to the attendant multiple times. Ordered simple order 1 #3 with coke, 1 #8 diet coke, 2 double cheese burgers. Didn't check my order and was shorted the double cheese burgers.

I am so disappointed in this place. The person who took my order never told me what window to pull to, so I sat at the "pay here" window for 5 minutes til someone finally told me to move up. I paid almost $18 for a large big Mac meal and a 10 piece nugget! The fries were soggy and the lettuce in the big Mac was browning. So much for pregnancy cravings. I'll never crave that meal again.
