My wife and I went on quite the adventure today looking for corrugated cardboard roll; important as we're moving fairly soon. We had gotten that item at a different Home Depot but unfortunately we didn't have enough. While we were in the store we got passed on to 5 people while looking for this item and frequently got told the isle rather than showing us where the item could be. They unfortunately did not have the item in stock and couldn't locate what stores could for certainty have it. Other stores like Target may actually go the extra mile and call the location to ensure they have and then you can go there and pick it up. Now on one hand two of the three employees went out of their way to actually look with us and to try to get us help, and find the item. They were from the carpet and tile isle. If we counted by the amount of people the review should two out of three stars. Sadly though we we been in many home Depot this is probably as good as it gets.

Unfortunately one of the poorer Home Depot shopping experiences. The store is ALWAYS dirty and very cluttered. No comparison to the Lowe’s down the street.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a new GE freezer, defective upon delivery. Customer service was useless. I had to contact GE directly for repair on a brand new freezer. For this purchase, $100 was deducted from a HD gift card by mistake. The store's Assistant Operation Manger was very rude and refused to credit the money back to my card. HomeDepot (Frazer PA) do not care about their customers. I would avoid this store and go to the one in King of Prussia, which is great.

I find it's really convenient to drive to the Fraser store. I frequently shop there so I know where things are located on their shelves. The employees do a very good job of being helpful and keep the shelves well stocked and very organized. I just went there the other night to pick up some screen door repair items and also picked up a motion sensitive LED spotlight.
