Always great customer service experience in an appreciatedly-smaller market venue than corporate giants like AMC. Crowds are usually considerate and friendly, too. The sound quality is good but it doesn't quite seem to have the same clarity as the larger chains. For the overall experience though, B&B is a great place to go with family, friends, or even solo!

Great staff, heated reclining seats, good variety of food, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. My whole family really enjoys this theatre.

We've seen two films here now, and we won't be going anywhere else! Clean, comfortable (recliners!!!) seating, walls in between rows, friendly staff, well-lit and clean parking lot, free refills on large drinks and popcorn, and not crowded (even for new releases). We went to another theater a few months ago, and had our catalytic converter stolen from our car in broad daylight. No issues like that with this theater - much more professional, clean, and cared-for. Also, the restrooms were clean - every other theater we've been to has slightly sketchy restrooms, but these were sparkling. Weirdly, we could clearly hear the bass from the PA in a nearby room (we were in #2), but it wasn't too distracting. Love this place! :)
