Amazing building with beautiful views and you can’t beat the location, walking distance to the best spots in las olas. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and there are a lot of activities to do on the building the gym has 2 levels and fully equipped.

We went to the Majesty Massage and was amazing but the Valet is a mess… we paid and give a wonderful tip and after a long wait no one was bringing the car and they forgot that we paid…

Management rents spots out there's usually spots for rent from neighbors as well.

All of the units are privately owned. Most landlords require income of 3 times the monthly rental amount.
