Came in there for a miscarriage/traumatic car accident (I wasn’t the driver) and the staff were totally disgusting. The nurses insisted that I killed my baby and proceeded to tell me that my husband and I weren’t compatible to have children ,all without proof or any tests ran. when I tried to speak to the higher ups, they completely gaslit me and said that their nurses never said that. This hospital left me leaving a traumatic situation Irate. Come to find out, My miscarriage was at no fault of mine.I will never come back here willingly and I would never suggest it to anybody. The staff are disgusting people

After almost 8 hours with no help with pain relief.. having a catheter shoved in me was excruciating! Sat in my own urine for half a hour ..2 different doctors did a rectum exam and I bled for 3 days because of that... I finally just left..on the way out I seen the spine specialist..Sarah Crawford... Told her I'm in more pain now than before I came in and feel violated...now I can't see the spine specialist because she said I was threatening 🤣.. I'm never threatening to anyone!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t say enough about the kindness and great care that I received during a very busy evening in the ER. From checking in until I was discharged, every single person from technicians to the nurses and doctor, all treated me with concern and respect. We don’t live in the area, just passing through, and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Providence.

Went and the doc was only concerned if I had been in a car accident and had a bone protrusion to the outside of ribs….Um, originally went to see if it was an upper hernia or internal bleeding? Basically told if it wasn’t serious as a car accident, why would they be concerned and not my general doctor? And that an upper hernia/esophageal hernia doesn’t exist. Well it’s going to take a month to be seen for a doctor….left with no answers and still worried to hell with a bill. Gave me one X-ray for a rib protrusion, said “See,nothing 🙄 k bye” Maybe it’s bc pain was at lower wave and I wasn’t dying, wasn’t taken serious. Don’t care to come back and find out. Office people are very nice but have no idea how I left with no help like that.
