I have little faith in this ER. I was there for 4 hours and watched many people walk away and go to other hospitals. The Admin desk was clearly saying rude things about patients in the waiting room and obviously did not know that their speaker was on. So we went to another hospital and received excellent care and were treated like we were important enough to actually receive care

I'm giving a 5 star for the nurse that gave me an IV that is the one thing I dread going to the hospital for everyone who has ever given me an IV has hurt me, my veins are hard to find and it hurts so bad but yesterday I went in and had to have an IV pit in and she was so good at it that I didn't even flinch. I wish I remembered her name. Good job nurse.

I was discharged after abdominal surgery. Spent 2 nights. I received top notch, compassionate care at Asante. These employees, every single person I encountered, was amazing. These fine people are true "hero's" and I thank you!!

The corporate doctor was informative, thorough and he did all that he could during my visit. My nurse was great. The guy who drew blood bruised my vein. All I can say is if I need to go to the ER it's going to be Asante because they gave much better care than the other hospital in Medford. The corporate doctor actually listened to my concerns. Still the medical care in the Medford area is disturbing to me.

I went there for a few x-rays and it wasn't even a long line really fast
Some rooms on some floors allow a family member to stay 7/24. If you have a single room they can stay sleep in the room with the patient. Otherwise you must leave by 10pm If you need to stay close by try the Francis Cheny House,run by the hospital foundation. It's very clean quiet and only one block from the hospital. The staff is fantastic. On the line of a Rknald McDonald house fir out if town patients/family members. Rates very reasonable, based on ability to pay.
There are currently no restrictions on amount of visitors on towers on the units probably no more than 2 visitors. Nobody under age 12.
