These poor people have been slammed in the er lately with short staff and they are amazing all around! I recently was in for a personal crisis and I want to give an extra shout out not only to the amazing Dr's and nurses I worked with but especially to the therapist I saw via telehealth and Travis the young man on watch with me, some of the best support and kindness I have seen in my healing! Thank you!

All I can say is AMAZING, I have been hospitalized for about 4 days now, The staff here are Incredible, Personable People, I had a hard time with the MRI machine due to PTSD from the military, These Men and Women were so very patient with me, They treated me like Family and eventually got me through it. The Food service was Incredible (Love the Brownies) . I can't even begin to Thank Everyone here, My Doctor definitely makes every move in my Best Interest, Thank You

NEVER TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! This is the worst place I have ever been to. I recently took my grandma here and they just wanted her out the whole time. We were told nothing was wrong with her just to find out a month later ( after taking her to a different hospital) that she has had multiple strokes, a broken hip and low oxygen levels. Screw these people! They are heartless. If you love someone take them to Asante never Providence. Would give -5 stars if I could!!

Non-profit?? Very much for profit and even pursues debts. How does one get a debt from a non-profit. Hmm. Compassion?? That’s a joke. Charity care?? Non existing. You’re better off going to an urgent care or anything else because they will actually work with you and have some compassion for current financial situations. They should really lose their 501c3 tax status with the IRS because I have not seen any money from this network go to the community as should happen with a nonprofit. All of it goes back directly in their pocket or for “building upgrades”

Providence my chart.
You can enter but you will not be able to go into the room where the surgery is being done for it could because it is a sterilized room but you can wait in the waiting room or you have the option of leaving and returning once the patient has been released
Yes there is a tele health option.
Get better and then talk to your doctor.
Providence Medford Medical Center is part of Providence St. Joseph Health, which is a not for profit organization.
On a hill old brick building east side
Yes on a hill east side
Dr. Bergen does both. I want to say, it's important to have a person with you in ER, if not, it's their word against yours, you will ALWAYS be the loser! You must have a witness, advocate to verify, your side of story PERIOD!!
