Terrible. I was originally with Inspirus and they were GREAT. Gesa is just terrible. Nothing is done right. One time, they took 20 DAYS to reflect my check on a payment to my HELOC. I also send messages online with some questions and if someone doesn't know the answer, it's IGNORED. How do I know this? I asked the exact same question again and had a simple question messaged. Simple one was answered, the real question I needed is still left without an answer. This was regarding a dispute. The local branch employees are still great, but their overall process can use a lot of work. Whoever is in charge of operation has not idea how logistics work to implement a procedure.

The drive thru at the queensgate Richland location is so slow. Often I sit waiting for a person to show in the drive thru for 5 or more minutes. With drive thru the only option right now (covid) they really should have all hands on deck in the drive thru!

Gesa has been a really great bank for me! The staff is exceptional, they know my name (promise I don't go their all the time) and they get to know everybody. Gesa mobile is great and the staff are always willing to answer my questions.
