This is the first time in 25 years that I've had to live in an apartment however being here for a year now has been a pleasant experience. Anytime we need maintenance in the apartment, Juan responds quickly and respects our privacy. The manager Erin has been very proactive with keeping us up to date on Covid changes and has been very professional and accommodating to work with. Great place to live!! Great location and neighbors!

This place allowed people who are bad. I had experiences with my neighbor having people kicking on the door late at night! Other person smoking weed outside apartment and following me to my car. Once, I reported an issue when I moved in and maintenance went in the following day with no notice. When I moved out, I was charged over $400 Ledger. When I had no Balance. I will be reporting them to Housing Authority.

My family liked living there but we had a mice infestation in our first apartment there, Juan the maintenance guy did his best to help us with it patching holes the mice created, but after finding more mice we asked to move to another apartment, the first apartment we lived in we took over an existing lease “which I would not recommend doing”, the lease we took over the people had dogs, so when we moved into a town house(different apartment)Quail Springs charged us $2,291.05, most of it was for complete carpet replacement from the first apartment. When we tried to argue about the outrageous fees, we were told to be grateful we were only charged like 80% instead of 100% of the complete carpet replacement. And we had an additional deposit fee of $99 deposit for the new apartment, so on top of having to pay our new monthly rent of $1,450 monthly rent and the $2,291.05 fees, we were only given two weeks to pay the outrageous fees after only being in the new apartment two weeks. We were eventually turned into collections and luckily they gave us some additional time to pay the fee. Then when we moved out a year later and we were charged $875 for cleaning, paint, etc. looking at the itemized list we were charged top dollar for everything, it’s disappointing someone will charge $200 for paint. I wish someone would look into this dishonesty, we spent days cleaning and got slapped with this kind of bill. Quail Springs does not believe or abide by “wear and tear”, that phrase does not exist to them, they will charge top dollar. One last thing there is dog feces all over the grass areas and urine yellow spots, it’s disgusting. We would not let the kids play in grass areas because the dog poop is everywhere. It was a pleasant place to live but the move out fees are outrageous and has left a sour taste in our mouths about Quail Springs. I would not ever recommend this place.

The new management that took over these apartments has really made this a nice place to live. Quiet, clean, and safe. Erin and Juan have been doing an awesome job improving the area, as well as helping us with anything we've needed. Prices are a little high and the lack of central air is a bummer, but overall we had a positive experience living here.
