It's ol classic mcdonald's. So yesterday I went to McDonald's. It's not my first time there but it's the first time there with the app. I got a free 10 pc. Chicken nuggets, also some mcdonald's points. Overall it's just mcdonald's.

Do not make the mistake of going here at all. The service is terrible there is a wait even if they are not backed up.And have tried giving numerous chances to possibly get their act together not once have they ever gotten one order right. Would rate them a negative 4 and half stars it is that bad.

When I get my food I asked for Ketchup packets kuz it's easy to forget I get it. Tonight same thing but when I asked the kid tells me there out of ketchup packets I get home and yep they didn't forget this time ketchup packets in the bag for a change (The lil kid that handed me my food about 11pm 5/27/22 is really so lazy he gota lie about ketchup!) I guess it dont help one of your store managers seems to want you kids to like him and think he's cool more than he care about helping you guys gain a good Work ethic for the future

I normally love this McDonald's. The staff is so super nice and they still are however they have started using a robot to take your order. It is very frustrating when it gets your order wrong! I understand that the increase in hourly wage is the cause for needing to replace people, but I can tell you there is no replacing costumer service with a robot. It makes me sad this is the solution.

No, I don't know of a McDonald's that does. Unless it's a managers email.
We only eat at McDonald's because of our grandchildren. I think we'll make the move to Blue Springs next time. It isn't but about 2 miles further. The management at the Grain Valley store needs to fired. And someone that knows something about "customer service" needs to be put in that position.
