They lie to you charge you $8.00 for Non Auto Pay dont tell you not in contract. Then they back charged us $8.00 for last month on our ATM. charged ADmin Fees of $24.00 from beginning didnt tell us from very beginning of renting from them none of theses fees in contract NOTHING AT ALL.. Forcing us to have insurance said if you can prove to me then I will refund you lie another lie. Gave proof same day. Forcing us for auto pay by charging $8.00 for non auto pay. He said it not forcing us that's a lie. Charging $8.00 for non auto pay on paper receipt then what is it. SCAM LIE LIE. DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM. DONT EVER USE ATM CARD THEY ChARGE WHATEVER THE WANT.

Read the dates on the reviews! I have been a customer of theirs for YEARS! They recently changed owners, and the new employees are absolutely repulsive. I am emptying my units immediately. I know of 3 other people who have also vacated this year directly because of how they were treated after the change. I was on autopay, so I hadn't had the displeasure of speaking to them until today. If anyone has the new owner's number, please send it to me. The employees refused to give it to me.

I have been so happy with our storage experience at Easy Move. The units housing my contents have been dry during our entire 11 month rental. The staff is very polite and accommodating. I would definitely use Easy Move again and would gladly refer them to all my friends.
