Was a little nervous buying our first camper, after talking to Brian in sales we felt so much better. He helped us with all our questions, and was very knowledgeable. It definitely helps when your sales man knows what he is doing and listens to your needs/ wants. Camping World of KC, I'll be back for one of your big boys in the future!!!

After 2 years of shopping around and looking for our first trailer we finally purchased one from Camping World of KC. Over those 2 years we visited numerous dealerships and talked to over a dozen salespersons and by far Austin at Camping World was the best. More than once we stopped in near closing time but Austin was always willing to help and never rushed us. We finally found our camper almost by accident. We knew we were ready to buy and brought our 3 children (the youngest is 8) with us to get their opinions. We told Austin that we were just going to be looking and were not going to buy one but that wasn't a problem for him. He walked our pack around the lot showing us any floor plans we wanted and patiently answering a barrage of questions from our 8 year old. As it worked out we found one that the whole family really liked, but we told him that we would need to think about it. Again, no pressure to buy. We came back the next day (without the children) and he answered all the other questions we had. Fast forward a week and we're back to finish buying it and take possession. This is where I want to mention the rest of the team at Camping World as well. During the walk through we noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed. Austin ran around making sure they were fixed and the Operations Manager herself jumped in to help, making sure we were happy. I can't remember all the names but at least 6 people stopped what they were doing to address our concerns. Additionally I had a few questions that are apparently not often asked and they seemed to struggle to address them. In the end the Operations Manager and the Lead Tech came and sat down with my wife and I and addressed all our remaining concerns. They even went so far as to put their words in writing when I asked, which was huge for me. I am very happy with the buying experience we had at Camping World working with Austin (Sales), Danny (Finance), and the rest of the team (I'm sorry I don't remember all their names).

I can not say any against the sales staff but the service depart failed to repair my camper correctly after having it for almost 5 months. The service depart did not inform me that it would take 5 months to get the J channel skirting and complete the repairs. There was still damage to rear of the RV still that was included, along with replacing the stabilizer jacks, and hitch jack that was included in my estimate. I will not bring my camper into camping world for them to finish the repairs as I have no faith in their ability to complete the job in a timely manor. Fails to complete the task in full and in a acceptable amount of time.

Buying our first RV was easy with all the help, patience and expertise that Cody provided us while we were trying to figure out what exactly we wanted in an RV. Everyone else from finance to walk thru were very personable and made the whole experience easy and a great one. I highly recommend Cody Paris and everyone at Camping World who will provide excellent customer service and make sure you get exactly what you want and need when your buying your RV!
