Very impressed. As I was waiting for my order, I was watching the people that was preparing the food and noticed how they would change their gloves between orders and wearing covers over their nose and mouth. That tells me alot about the excellent management leadership. 👏

Fast friendly service. Decent location right off HWY 60-63. Could used cleaned. Located in a Loves gas station so you can get gas to continue your trip and get lunch in one stop.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, a small french fries and a small mocha frappe.the line at the was very long. When I finally got to the pick up window nothing was ready.there was a young man moving very slow not paying attention to what he was doing. When I finally got my order the sandwich was not warm and fries were cold and the mocha frappe wasn't even made properly because there was ice in the cup which was supposed to be mixed with the other ingredients. He just didn't seem to do things properly. I won't go back to the Willow Springs Mc Donald's

This is the slowest fast food for a McDonald's ever! I've also ordered a hamburger for my granddaughter with ketchup ONLY three times and just ONE time was it correct! The other two times they had pickles and onions on them. They just can't seem to get the order right!
