We went through the drive-thru and all was well, then decided to go back to get more food as soon as we got out of the drive-thru. We went inside this time and was told that we needed to do DoorDash because they were short staffed, HOWEVER, there were about 3 people in the front (not counting who was working the drive-thru). So, we went back through the drive-thru only to be told their machine was down. I know technical issues happen but it just didn’t make sense.

The ladies here were so nice it was scary! Not in a bad way.. I'm just not used to friendly people in fast food places. Just wanna say thank you! Food was fresh, received everything fast.

I’ve been having the Wendy’s spicy chicken for years and always been happy with it. Today I got what looked and tasted like a frozen patty from a warehouse club. I’m assuming that Wendy’s corporate has made this change. I won’t have the spicy chicken sandwich again. Sadly.

Found an old gift card from 2003 that I wanted to use up. Little did I know, the food was also going to be from 2003. Bruh, everything tasted boring. The fries were like something I could have made in high school home ec. Bland, boring, and soggy. The burger was also boring. Got myself the Bourban Bacon burger as advertised. Shot and a miss. The only thing that was good was my tropical berry drink. Someone needs to go in and update the recipes. Everything tasted phoned in.
