There was only one person at the Sonic. Wait times where about 15 - 20 minutes long. Didn't have drink holders.

Oh wow... I hope the owner reads this. Please raise the pay of your employees so you can hire some more people to work... Temp hours 10-7 and no car hop! Slowest drive through possible. 2 cars in line and it was 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and a tater tot... if you pay a living wage, people will work for you. This place is running right into the ground. Years back this was a pretty good sonic.

OMG! The food is TERRIBLE!! They don't even make the food right it's always sloppy and the food always makes me sick ! I remember my hubby and I wanted to try the bacon dubbel cheese burger and OMG! IT WAS VERY VERY SALTY ! It was so salty it was like eating a cup of pure salt I remember getting lightheaded and dizzy it caused my blood pressure to go sky high . I use to love sonic food back in the day when it was really good but not Anymore I'm not eating sonic anymore plus their food is over priced .. burger king makes better food than sonic by a long shot.. never again never again.

I had an order that I placed at 12:29pm. I was going to pull into a stall, but there was a sign saying drive-thru only. I waited for over 20 minutes in drive-thru to get my order, which was a Route 44 Coke and a chocolate shake. I pulled into a stall without a sign, and hit the button, but nobody answered. At 12:51pm, I got into drive-thru - again. By the time I got my drink fixed, it was 1:23pm. Nearly ONE HOUR after I placed my order for two drinks. That's flat-out ridiculous. I wanted a short lunch hour today and drinks should have taken 5 minutes, tops. Meanwhile, stall #4 STILL has shake splatters on it after reporting it multiple times over the last two months (see attached image). It is clear that Sonic does not value cleanliness or the health and well-being of their customers. I will be reporting this to the Jackson County Health & Human Services department. Sonic needs to clean house, literally and figuratively. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As far as I can tell, the key difference is the mask wearing. This was already a situation where by nature the car hops weren't close to customers regularly.
