My work here was fine, and the staff was very friendly (even if it felt like I was always being upsold). My issue now is that even though they are covered under my insurance they made me pay for everything upfront (around 3 grand give or take). They told me that my insurance would reimburse me later on for approximately half, I was not used to that system of billing, or used to paying for everything upfront but I said okay no big deal. Now after not receiving my refund a few months in I called my insurance and they said they had sent my refund to Austin Dental Works a few weeks back. I was pretty annoyed because I didn't know they would be sending it to them, but this is where it all went down hill, because it was a total of 3 checks and I had to call them every time to get my money back. Now with the last check came my biggest peeve, because it was supposed to be somewhere between $200-300, and I never received it. Not sure if they were going through staffing changes, but I called for over 6 months and was not able to get an answer, and when I finally did, the girl told they made a billing error, and that my refund was only $49 now, and if I would still like for that to be sent over to me... what? It really rubs me the wrong way that suddenly 1 they made such a big billing error, and 2 they never notified me of it prior to my calls? Cherry on top is that they told me about this error, and my now refund of $49 dollars back in March and you think I've seen that check? NOPE. It's September, so safe to say I won't be going back here to get scammed again.

They are very nice and there fast
