Worst service ever. From Aida at the clinic. From having to speak to the call center supervisor stating the clinic was busy and declining to speak to me and to call back in a hour. Customer service doesn’t work like that. You could’ve easily took down my information to call me back but saying the clinic is too busy and refusing the call. I read the reviews and still took my chance.

I am new to Austin and wish I’d read these reviews before going to this office. I have a sick feeling I’ve experienced sham, botched dental work. My last cleaning was in Feb and I had one cavity filled. Fast fwd to October and I’m told by this dentist, Dr. P, that I have SIX cavities. I let him fill all of them. The sick feeling is that I wonder what’s left of my natural teeth. He drilled and drilled and the surfaces feel so unnatural and uncomfortable now. I need adjustments because it’s so rough and sharp in there but I’m afraid to go back.

If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would!! They are careless and unprofessional.. Ladies in front always have a mug or look like they don’t enjoy their job. I took my daughters documents for a referral from a place they sent me too and when it was time to pick up that document it was no where to be found and never scanned into my daughter chart. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 We will be look for a new dentist office!
