October 18, 2022: New review: One word can say a lot about a practice, and the word I am referring to is consistency. Dr. Plagenz and her staff are truly consistent in the way they make you feel as if you are their most important client. I totally satisfied with the work and the patient care. Angie, the receptionist is adept at her job, and actively works with me to see that everything is smooth. This last appointment on October 18, 2022 was with Liz, for routine cleaning, and Dr. Plagenz for planning future procedures. The 5 stars still stand from my previous review.. Dr. Plagenz doesn't hesitate to be up front and honest in her assessment of needed treatment.so you know where things stand, and she offers the best plan is for your particular situation. I have complete trust in her and I feel that she is genuinely interested in doing her utmost to advise and work with me on deciding what is best. I particularly like her conversational tone. She advises and consults, offering options . In fact, the entire support team, all make me feel like a family member, and all deserve 5 stars. ****************************************************************** 2021- 5 Stars Dr. Mortensen, Dr. Plagenz and their staff are really in tune to one's needs and concerns. I particularly like the way they make you feel that you are the most important client. I am very happy with the work and the patient care. This last appointment was with Dr. Plagenz. Definitely 5 stars. She is very thorough and I feel that she is genuinely interested in doing her utmost to advise and work with me on deciding the best course of treatment. In fact,, the entire support team, Angie, Suszette, and Tina all make me feel like a family member, and all deserve 5 stars..I want to add that they have a new associate, Susanne who assisted in the procedure today. She is pleasant and takes her job seriously. I was impressed with her performance.

I never have to wait! Daybreak Dental facility is clean, modern, and in unimposing. Dr. Rausch has been my dentist for um-teen years and I hope I never have to change. I love this place!

You must speak with Dr. Urban and get a full examination and believe me she will tell you what is going on and how to combat this problem. The brushing of the gums is important. They will show you how to carefully take care of this.
We do not take that insurance, however you may be able to file it on your own with Medicare. I would suggest calling Medicare and see if you can file it as an out of network office visit.
